Justin Cloud Hall was a thirty-second-century Ghost Knight of The Republic of Sphere, and later a mercenary.

He organized a meeting in Cleveland, with Mr. Weatherbee, a MI6 secret agent, which gave them all the info he had obtained in Terra during fifteen years, which they had to deliver into a Federated Suns' embassy.
