Mistress Hu-Tu (born est. 3020 - died 3???) is the spiritual leader of the Divine Spirit movement in the Capellan Confederation.[1]

With the beginning of the Capellan rebirth, the Divine Spirit movement arose among the population and their spokesperson became Mistress Hu-Tu. Her name is derived from ancient Chinese folk religion for the goddess of the earth. She regards the current chancellor as a godlike human, because he survived several assassination attempts.
