With the beginning of the Capellan rebirth, the Divine Spirit movement arose among the population and their spokesperson became Mistress Hu-Tu. Her name is derived from ancient Chinese folk religion for the goddess of the earth. She regards the current chancellor as a godlike human, because he survived several assassination attempts. The maskirovka are still to infiltrate the movement in its higher ranks.[1]
