Tai-sa Mitchell "Eagle Eye" Stonethrower was the commander of the Second Amphigean Light Assault Group, with the Draconis Combine, from at least 3144 to 3145.[1]

In August 3144 Tai-sa Stonethrower led the conquest of Lucerne, catching the defending Federated Suns militia unprepared by implementing a precision high-altitude combat drop, and capturing the world with minimal losses.[2] Left out of the Combine push to take Robinson, Stonethrower's Second Amphigean LAG was left to garrison Lucerne, where they remained as of December 3145.[1]
