Plot summary[edit]
On 13 May 3067 a pirate BattleMech Lance assaulting the Federated Suns world of Monhegan has evaded the militia 'Mechs and is headed towards a depot in the heart of the Bankin Preserve forest. The only defenders available are a company of twelve helicopters under Lieutenant Ivan Sharpe that belong to an (unnamed) mercenary regiment.
