Palmer Yoshio was a Chu-sa in the DCMS. In 3062, he was the commander of Third Battalion, Eleventh Alshain Avengers.[1]

History
While unconfirmed, it is almost certain that Yoshio perished with the rest of the Eleventh, when Clan Ghost Bear's Sigma and Omega Galaxies exterminated the unit.[2]
