Peter Avellar was a twenty-seventh-century ruler of the Outworlds Alliance.
History[edit]
Elected to replace his sister Caryn after she was deemed unfit to rule, Peter proved one of the least popular Presidents of the Outworlds Alliance due to a lack of political acumen.
He died in an accident caused by poor maintenance of his personal skimmer.
