PFC Rachel Williams was a member of the First FedCom RCT during the War of 3039.[1]
History
Williams participated in the Federated Suns invasion of Nashira during the War of 3039. She was a survivor of a chemical weapons attack on at Raven Ridge, perpetrated by unknown forces, who believed the Draconis Combine Genyosha units were responsible.[1]
