The Royal New Capetown Military Academy is a Lyran Alliance military school with a past troubled by the racism of its home planet New Capetown. Recent reforms to reduce bigotry has had some effect, but seems to have mostly channeled the hatred toward the Clans. Graduates wear a gold silk sash with tasseled fringe.[1], [2]
