The Silent Sword was a Union-class DropShip. It was supposed to carry the Legacy Grasshopper from its posting on Phact (with the Capellan Cuirassiers) to Bryant for an inspection and factory overhaul, but the Silent Sword was downed by raiders and crashlanded shortly after takeoff on 27 October 2840, leaving a two-kilometer scar in the landscape on the Plains of Fury.[1]
