Major General Simone Ffolkes-Smyth was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's XXXVII Corps until the Confederation-Suns Border War.[1]

History[edit]

During the Confederation-Suns Border War of 2760 to 2762[2], the Star League High Council ordered the SLDF to withdraw from the Federated Suns / Capellan Confederation border, including Ffolkes-Smyth's XXXVII Corps. When Ffolkes-Smyth refused this order, Fourth Army commander General Tatjana Baptiste relieved her of command, appointing Major General Anne Borden in her place.

Despite Ffolkes-Smyth's dismissal, Borden retained Ffolkes-Smyth's staff, with her blessing.[1]
