Susan Watters was an officer within the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns during the height of the Star League era. Watters was serving as the executive officer to Colonel Zibler of the Third Dragonlords in the 2760s when the Leopard-class DropShip carrying Colonel Zibler and his entire command lance was lost with all hands during a routine landing on Warren in the Capellan March.
