Yes, the references should include page numbers for the novel ''En Garde''. However, I've been working from a PDF version of the text (BattleCorps EARC) and the page numbers in that document are off compared to the print editions. I've therefore elected to quote chapters as a reference within the text, independent of medium. Anyone with a print edition of the book is welcome to adjust the references and cite proper page numbers. Please mention which print edition you're referencing though, as there were at least three print editions of the book and I gather they all differ in the page numbering.
