Death of the Fourth Royal Guards

According to House Steiner (The Lyran Commonwealth, the Fourth got destroyed on Caledonia after fighting the Dracs for 7 years.
According to p. 41 of the Handbook: House Steiner, they were destroyed on New Caledonia after fighting for 7 years.
According to the Wiki, both planets exist in different locations and they died on both worlds, same time.
Tactics of Duty says Caledonia.
Second Succession War (Sourcebook) says New Caledonia.
