The concept of Duchy in the Draconis Combine, the particular Duchy of Rasalhague (and/or the Rasalhague Military District), and how Duke Ricol fit in, is... convoluted. | + | :I have run across similar contradictions and general weirdness, at the moment my policy with Combine and Capellan Confederation characters as well as the heads of state with an associated duchy ([[Duke of New Avalon]] for an example) is to only include characters specifically noted as "Duke of".
