Coordinates swapped?

The system is described to be in the anti-spinward outer periphery. This would indicate a negative X coordinate < -800. Could it be that the given coordinates have simply been swapped? Don't have the source material so cannot verify. Gruese 07:06, 5 April 2017 (EDT)
