Tobias Koot (b. ???? - d. ????) was the Planetary Defense Chairman of the Outworlds Alliance world of Sevon during Operation UNION HOLD, the Star League invasion of the Outworlds Alliance in 2581.[1]
Character History
Planetary Defence Chairman Tobias Koot led the planetary militia of the Outworlds Alliance world of Sevon when the SLDF invaded in late 2581. At this point, the militia consisted of two battalions of armor and two regiments of volunteer infantry, assisted by a detachment of troops from the Outworlds Alliance Militia 4th Armored Division, and acted in support of the Pitcairn Legion. Although the militia were ultimately defeated, the battle on Sevon stymied SLDF operations for the remainder of the year and Sevon would continue to resist. It isn't known if Tobias Koot survived the battle for Sevon.[1]
