Description
The Tribune Mobile Tactical Command HQ is a light-class of Combat Vehicle that was originally developed in early years of Republic Era by Republic of the Sphere. It was developed as one of two designs help coordinate then young Republic large Combined Arms-style regiments, the vehicle was intended to work in tandem with Praetorian Mobile HQ vehicle as part of a regiment command structure. Early prototypes were used in the field help flesh out the concept's ability to provide advance command support for Republic commands. Lance of the Tribunes would be used to enter the thick of combat, where it would act as scout elements and extending a military command's communication network.
The vehicle's success with its larger sister unit, where highly successful after their usage during the Capellan Crusades.[3]
Weapons and Equipment
Designed to work as a team member in a combined arms regiment, the Tribune fitted with then advanced communication equipment. Its core payload is it's 5 tons of Communication Equipment, allowing commanders the upper hand in a fight and also feed large formations with data to a Paraetorian coordinating large forces. Contriputing its role, it fitted with a Remote Sensor Dispenser which can allow the its fellow HQ units be able expand coverage of a battlefield. In the role in Electronic Warfare, this vehicle utilizes Guardian ECM disrupt enemy advance electronics and weapons. In the scout role, the Tribune has its Bloodhound Active Probe allows it to pick up hidden units far easier than others.
The Tribune is intended frontline service, risking being damaged combat. Defensive measure were implemented by Republic designers which would give it advantage on the battlefield. Among advantages would include the vehicle's 160-rated Fusion Engine, giving it enough speed to speed away possible fatal damage. Help absorb damage, the vehicle mounts 3 tons of Durallex Special Heavy Ferro-Fibrous.
The vehicle's active defense equipment includes a single forward mounted, Laser Anti-Missile Defense System. While Tribune's only offensive weapon is a single Magna Mk VI Extended Range Medium Laser which is also forward mounted.[4]

As of this time, the Tribune has no canon variants, with its only published in electronic exclusive PDF Era Digest: Dark Age.
