The Triumvirate Regency ruled the Lyran Commonwealth during the minority of Elizabeth Steiner.
It consisted of Duchess Rebecca Morgan Steiner wife of Claudius Steiner, Henry DeCalidore Speaker of the Assembly of the Estates General, and Duchess Ilysa Aten.[1]
