Welcome[edit]
Greetings[edit]
Hello Doctor X, and welcome to the BattleTechWiki! It looks like you've gotten a good start here and I wanted to personally welcome you. I also started out here by doing grammar work, then moved to more complicated things. Don't be shy about making edits; change what you think needs it. Editing here is a learning experience and you'll be just fine. We're pretty laid back and there's no deadline to finish things, so come and go as you please. If you have any questions feel free to leave a note at my user talk page. -BobTheZombie (talk) 14:29, 13 August 2014 (PDT)

- Speaking of absentminded... the Manual of Style page is a good way to learn about things like the codes for formatting text, using references and the like; it's modelled on wikipedia, but there are some subtleties about BattleTech like how unit names are formatted that are captured in the style writing guide on Mbear's user page.BrokenMnemonic (talk) 00:03, 14 August 2014 (PDT)
