Adiss Sullivan was the commanding officer of the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires prior to the Jihad.[2]

Lieutenant Colonel Sullivan, commanding the Twenty-third Marik Militia, was stationed on Merak in 3025.[3] General Sullivan, now commanding the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires, was stationed on Miaplacidus in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Sullivan retained command of the Fourth Legionnaires and had battalions stationed on Miaplacidus and Marik by 3054.[4] By 3059, Sullivan still commanded the Fourth Legionnaires and was stationed on Sirius, although by that point he was suffering from a chronic degenerative illness that left control of the unit in the hands of Colonel Rebecca Kendall-Ward and he was expected to step down shortly.[1][2] Despite this, Sullivan remained in command of the unit's duties on Sirius by 3067.[5]
