Collective Armed Guards

The Collective Armed Guards (CAG) are the armed forces of the Timbuktu Collective. Formed in June 3148 alongside their parent nation.[1], the Guards have since concentrated on repelling pirate attacks and extending the Collective's borders by offering anti-pirate protection.[2] The CAG was initially too small to garrison all Collective worlds to its satisfaction without hiring mercenaries to bolster its numbers.[3]

Units[edit]

As of March 3151 the CAG had two known BattleMech formations, the First and Second Timbuktu Guards.[1] [2]

Notes[edit]

When the Rim Collection merged with the Collective it had two military units, Able's Aces and the Rim Collection Militia. While it's likely they joined the CAG in some form, no source has mentioned the fate of these commands at present.
