Deacon Jablonski was the Stable's Instructor.[1]

Of his past, only that he was born in the Taurian Concordat is known from him.
He is the Stable's sole instructor, handling the four classes that Toro has (from Three to Six), adjusting his training to fit each pilot's ability and skills. A hard worker, he thinks he can have a third pilot with a Class Six License if Toro is able to find the founding.[2] Like Carmine DiSanto, he is another TMI deep-cover agent tasked with stealing those weapons DiSanto can't buy. The same gang that provides security has been used to steal those few weapons, including a few experimental ones. He is in charge of the off-world shipping of the goods obtained by Toro. For some time he has been thinking on striking back against the Mafia, but without blowing their cover. Once he finds a solution to this, he will take action.[3]
