Enemy on Two Sides: Conflicts Between the Soldiers and the Bureaucracy was a written work, authored by Colonel Raymond Hempsted and published by Commonwealth Military Press, in 2821.[1]
Overview[edit]
This work provided an outline of conflicts between soliders and the bureaucracies which were supposed to support them, from the perspective of Colonel Hempsted, a notably successful Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces officer during the First Succession War. In it, Hempsted offered a dim view of Lyran High Command, and their overly ambitious goals.[1]
