Howe Wilmarth was the commanding officer of the First Marik Militia as of 3050.[1]

History[edit]

Colonel Wilmarth, serving with the First Marik Militia, was stationed on Fletcher in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Wilmarth retained command of the First Militia and was still stationed on Fletcher by 3054.[2]
