History[edit]
Jacqueline Tadaka was born into a poor family on Kurhah. She turned to a life of crime since her younger years and quickly made a name for herself among the local yakuza. She worked her way up through the ranks until her worth and natural aptitude for piloting a BattleMech allowed her to enter one of the Draconis Combine Ghost Regiments. She was an extremely effective in the service of the Coordinator.
In the aftermath of the communications blackout, Tadaka defected to the Republic of the Sphere and sided with the Swordsworn faction being assigned to the Prince's Men, effectively throwing away her past. The Order of Five Pillars was not sure why she defected, but observed that many of her new brothers-in-arms only saw her as a traitorous snake and refused to believe her defection was sincere.[1]
