Major Jacques Romy was a member of the Waco Rangers from at least 3025 to 3058.[1][2]

History[edit]

Early Career[edit]

In 3025, Jacques Romy was a captain within the Waco Rangers and commander of the Romy's Assault Company of the First Battalion (Noble's Assault Battalion).[1] In this role, Romy' company was supported by Captain Charles Henry's Support Company. Fortunately for the Rangers, both officers worked well together, and often played stud poker together while off-duty.[3]

Coventry[edit]

By 3058, Romy had been promoted to major and command of his own assault battalion, and was part of the Waco Rangers' contribution to the Coventry Expeditionary Force which fought against Clan Jade Falcon during the Battle of Coventry. On 21 April, Romy participated in the Waco Rangers' attempt to flank the Jade Falcon forces via the Dales Highlands on Coventry, which blundered into a Jade Falcon ambush. The Rangers suffered heavy casualties in this battle, including the capture of Colonel Wayne Rogers.[2]

BattleMech[edit]

Jacques Romy was known to have piloted an AS7-K Atlas BattleMech.[1][2]
