Jamie Doucette was the commanding officer of the Seventeenth Avalon Hussars' AeroSpace Brigade as of 3062.[2]

Kommandant Doucette, serving with the Seventeenth Avalon Hussars, was stationed on Cassias in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Doucette was promoted to rear admiral and moved to Talcott with the rest of the Seventeenth Avalon by 3067.[1]
