History[edit]

Jeff Henderson brought his 'Mech halfway across the Inner Sphere for his first match in Solaris VII during the 23 January 3136 in The Jungle. He sold everything he had to be able to arrive to Solaris and enter the circuit. He was not affiliated with any stable and didn't have a sponsor. He did not have a manager or even a fight name for that matter either.

He got his 'Mech from a dying Clan Jade Falcon MechWarrior in Fort Loudon. He still remembered the screams of the farmers as the flaming Hellion crashed through the farmhouses igniting everything it touched while men in battle armor hit it with flamer after flamer shot cooking also the pilot but leaving the Hellion there. His every dime had gone into smuggling the salvaged Hellion to Solaris, and he even had to sell his ammunition reloads except fot a single volley in each of his missile launchers, though that last part was unknown to everybody. He did hide very well anything on him as nobody from Solaris was able to trace his 'Mech or himself.

Unfortunately for him, his 'Mech had five minor violations and four major violations on the safety inspection prior to being accepted to the pre-match time, so it failed miserably. He was told to come back when all the issues had been fixed. He could not amend them in time with his skills, as he had no team behind, but then Sonja Bruneau made her appearance and borrowed him a cooling vest (as he had sold his in order to pay for the inscription fee) and told Jeff that her tech would make the minimum repairs needed for his 'Mech to pass the safety check.

In his first fight he is paired against Robby "The Snake" Peryl. After some psychological warfare and some heavy fire exchange which nearly ends the match against him, a lucky charge makes him the winner of the fight when he submerges his enemy Solitaire in the jungle's water and the 'Mech drowns. "The Snake" is forced to concede the fight, though he is fined for failing to keep in active contact with the control booth during the fight.

After the match he is received again by Sonja Bruneau and both leave the stadium.

Some people in the press started calling Henderson "the most refreshing new fighter" since Foy Gravash.[1]

Tactics[edit]

Unknown.

Mech[edit]

He pilots a silver Hellion heavily damaged, marked indeed as a 28-ton light 'Mech because of all the damage it has that has not been repaired.[1]
