Consuelo, together with his crewmates Marcus Digby, Sasha Jacobs and Sandra MacDougal, controlled what was reputed to be the only JES I Tactical Missile Carrier active in Davion service as of 3075. They were the fourth member of a missile carrier lance, with three Heavy LRM Carrier, and performed well in exercises despite not seeing much real action.[1]

Consuelo was known to have crewed a JES I Tactical Missile Carrier, which was nicknamed "Nonesuch".[1]
