Joseph Goff was the commanding officer of the Sarna March's Palos Operations Area as of 3050.[2]

Marshal Goff, serving under Marshal Winston Ashely, was executive officer of the Federated Suns' Sirdar PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Goff was commanding officer of the Third Ceti Hussars and was stationed on Immenstadt.[1] After the formation of the Federated Commonwealth, Goff became commanding officer of the Palos Operations Area in the Lyran Commonwealth's Sarna March by 3050, although he no longer commanded the Third Ceti Hussars.[2]
