Josica Felns was the Chairperson of the Lyran Women Against the War Coalition as of 2825.[1]

Felns was the leader of the Lyran Women Against the War Coalition, a female peace movement in the Lyran Commonwealth, which protested against war leading up to the start of the Second Succession War. In 2825, Felns was quoted in the book The Lyran Woman, as believing a male desire for violence would cause war to return to the Inner Sphere.[1]
