Description[edit]
As part of Pesht Motor's efforts expand into Combat Vehicle market, the Kamisori Light Tank was designed as a low-cost OmniVehicle for the Draconis Combine. Introduced at the dawn of the thirty-second century, this vehicle's low cost and minimum weaponry resulted in a less threatening image to the Republic of the Sphere, and allowed the Combine's Planetary Militia's the opportunity to field a modular vehicle with Battle Armor carrying capacity.
Weapons and Equipment[edit]
Intended as primarily as a scout & infantry support vehicle, the 20 ton tank's 180-Rated Fusion Engine can propel the tank to 97 kph. Its hull is protected by 5.5 tons of Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor giving the tank heavy protection in combat.
Designed with a modest 5 ton OmniPod capacity, the Primary Configuration features a singular Large Laser.
Alternate Configurations[edit]
- Alternate Configuration A
- Intended for the Sniper role, the modular turret is given Light PPC with a PPC Capacitor for extra punch. The fire control is further enhanced with a Targeting Computer BV (2.0) = 599[3]
- Alternate Configuration B
- With mode flexible damage ability, the B Configuration features Medium VSP Laser. For additional increase speeds in convenient moment, the engine is fitted with a Supercharger BV (2.0) = 487[3]
- Alternate Configuration C
- With improved sensors, the C Configuration is fitted with Active Probe and C3 Slave Unit. An ECM Suite is also included to provide tank degree of protection from various threats. The sole weapon is a turret-mounted ER Medium Laser. BV (2.0) = 527[3]
- Alternate Configuration R
- Fitted with Clan Weaponry, the R Configuration offers superior anti-infantry/Battle Armor/Anti-Combat Vehicle firepower in form of a Plasma Cannon with two tons of ammunition. BV (2.0) = 669[3]
