Legate Marjori Tarr was the Planetary Legate of Shensi, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3134.[1][2][3]
History[edit]
In November 3134, Erik Sandoval-Groell of the Swordsworn was on Shensi, in the hopes of gaining the worlds support against Capellan Confederation. Legate Tarr however was not interested in Sandoval-Groell's offers, believing the Capellan were not intending to attacking Shensi, and would be willing to enter into a nonaggression pact. While this was a point of disagreement with Shensi's Governor Millano Rivkin, in the context of the government by consensus practiced on Shensi, this stalemate was merely passed into the planetary Parliament without causing conflict between the Legate and Governor.[3]
Legate Tarr was however convinced to sign an agreement with Sandoval-Groell, due to an apparently Capellan attack on Shensi. Unknown to Legate Tarr, this attack was actually a false flag operation, arranged by Duke Aaron Sandoval.[4]
