Foote had recently returned to Arc-Royal in February 3072, after a failed business venture in the Periphery, attempting to sell artillery units. She was known for rebounding from such failures however, with a reputation locally on Arc-Royal that was sufficient for her misadventures to be reported by the media such as the Arc-Royal Live holo-broadcast by ARNN.[1]
