Norman Tams was the commanding officer of the Fifth Legionnaires Aerospace Wing of the Fifth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

History[edit]

Commodore Tams, serving with the Fifth Free Worlds Legionnaires' aerospace detachment, was stationed on Lopez in 3059.[1] When the aerospace wing was analyzed in 3067, Tams remained in command on Lopez.[2]
