Official Memoirs was a written work, authored by Barbara Liao and published by Capellan Institute Press, in 2797.[1][2]
Overview[edit]
This work was a memoir of Barbara Liao, the Chancellor of the Capellan Confederation during the fall of the Star League, and the start of the First Succession War. It included Chancellor Liao's account of the Star League Council's dismissal of Aleksandr Kerensky as Regent, which this later considered to have been a mistake.[1][2]
