Reggie Horn was, as of 3022, a MechWarrior in the Northstar Irregulars, a single-lance mercenary unit.[1]

As part of the Northstar Irregulars, in 3022, Horn participated in two known operations, both on behalf of Free Worlds League noble Ezra Durrant: a successful raid of Demeter in April and a failed raid of Bithinia in September. In the latter battle, Horn's 'Mech was disabled by Capellan forces, a barrage of Hetzer fire destroying the legs.[1]

Horn piloted a Cyclops until 17 September 3022, when it was lost in battle.[1]
