Lieutenant Robard Miller II was a wing leader with the Crucis March Militia until 3017.[1][2]

Following on in aerospace fighter service to House Davion from his war hero father Robard Miller I, Miller participated in the Battle of Marquez, where he was severely wounded but continued to fight. Later becoming a wing leader with the Crucis March Militia, he was eventually credited with over fifty combat kills before his retirement in 3017.[1]
He was followed in aerospace fighter service to House Davion by his son Robard Miller III.[1][2]
