Representing the Immigrant Citizenship Coalition, on 11 July 3132, Myrna presented a set of citizenship reform proposals to the Republic of the Sphere's Senate Select Committee on Citizenship. The proposals were to decrease the service requirement for citizenship to three years, grant probationary citizenship and voting rights halfway through the service period, and give the Resettlement Act of 3082 migrants and their descendants first choice of service assignments.[1]
