| “ | Dell Thompson is a MechWarrior barely making a living on the arena planet of Solaris VII. And she's got bigger problems than getting her 'Mech repaired for the next fight. Philip Capet, hero of the Federated Suns, has strong-armed her into fighting a grudge match in the Factory, a treacherous arena where one misstep can turn into a quick death.
Capet says the match is to avenge a fallen countryman, but Dell knows there are bigger machinations in play-Including the one that threatens her secret side business.
