The Logic of Warlords was a written work, created by Alison D. Sterling and published by Prefectorate Publications in 3115.[1]

The Logic of Warlords discussed the Draconis Combine's decision to conquer Lyran Commonwealth worlds at the start of the First Succession War instead of worlds belonging to the Combine's more relevant foe, the Federated Suns. The book posited that the Combine's actions on Trolloc Prime, Skondia, and Gram were intended to prevent Lyran forays into Combine territory while simultaneously lulling the Federated Suns into a sense of false security.[1]
