Victor Goldstein was the aide to the commanding officer of the Nineteenth Arcturan Guards as of 3062.[1]

Kommandant Goldstein, serving with the Nineteenth Arcturan Guards under Leftenant General Gloria Bishop, was stationed on Salem in 3062. Were it not for the stigma associated with the Nineteenth Arcturan, Goldstein likely would have already been given his own command. Instead, Goldstein was one of the few officers in the unit to be skilled at their job and he oversaw almost all of the Nineteenth's operations. It was thanks to Goldstein's efforts that the Nineteenth Arcturan Guards were considered borderline combat-effective and remained on the Lyran Alliance Armed Forces' rolls.[1]
