Virgil Luciano was a MechWarrior that participated in the 3135 Grand Tournament.

He fought during the last qualifying round to win a slot in the Grand Tournament against Clayton Bullock Anubis. Though he was able to hit with a couple of good shots on Bullock's 'Mech, Bullock was pecking away at Virgil's machine armor until it created a weak spot and toppled Virgil's heavy 'Mech.[1]
