The Voidrunner was a JumpShip of unknown class that served during the Dark Age as part of the communications chain between Asuncion and Kyrkbacken, and that had to stop that service in 3135 because of a malfunction in its Kearny-Fuchida Drive.
Legate Rodrigo de la Cruz was the Republic of the Sphere officer to announce this, and confirmed that he and Governor Peter Ogden from Asuncion would be doing everything in their power to ensure that communications remain open with Kyrkbacken until replacement parts have been brought in from New Canton.
The list of the parts that Voidrunner needs will be going out with the departure of the JumpShip Crimson Hawk, bound for New Canton along the usual series of relays.[1]
It is not known what happened to the Voidrunner.[citation needed]
