Wendy Gibbs was the commanding officer of the Twenty-ninth Berenson Infantry Division of the First Free Worlds Guards as of 3059.[1]

Colonel Gibbs, serving with the First Free Worlds Guards' attached infantry division, was stationed on Callison in 3059.[1] Like the First's other senior commanders, Gibbs survived Operation BULLDOG and returned to her Callison post in 3067.[2]
