William Schley was the aide to the commanding officer of the Tsarahavana Operations Area's Qanatir Command as of 3050.[1]

Leftenant General Schley, serving under Hauptmann-General Steve Loeb, was executive officer of the Periphery March's Qanatir Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Schley continued to serve as Loeb's second-in-command and held that post by 3054.[2]
