Philip Mallory was a Federated Suns nobleman in 3080 from Antietam.[1]

History[edit]

Philip Mallory was a veteran of the Fourth Succession War.

He appeared in front of the Antietam Planetary Parliament laid out his plans for the planet. He suggested that the 3080 planetary budget be cut fifteen percent, saying his own house would be cutting their own budget by fifteen percent and contribute five million pounds to local social and volunteer groups.

He asked Parliament to find a strip of land that would be given over to a privately funded monument to all the fallen Antietam soldiers during the Jihad.

The rest of the speech outlined the way to put Antietam on a solid financial keel, draw business to the planet, and ride the wave of the recovering Federated Suns economy.

He got mixed reactions from the MP.[1]
