Force Commander D'Arcy, serving with the Eighth Orloff Grenadiers, was stationed on Campoleone in 3059.[1] Chosen specifically to smooth over relations between Word of Blake and Free Worlds League factions (and to prove to the Magistracy of Canopus that the Captain-General was committed to peace), by 3067 D'Arcy's neo-chivalric ideals had begun to spread throughout the unit.[1][2]
