Age of War
The original 4th Tikonov Guards was a unit that fought for the Capellan Confederation during the Age of War. They were apparently destroyed and the Strategios decided not to rebuild the unit.
Reformation
Numerous resistance groups were formed with Maskirovka assistance following the loss of central authority brought about by Gray Monday. The Streltsy or "Shooters" were drawn from the planetary militias of the recently reformed Tikonov Commonality. The various planetary militia personnel were reequipped from Capellan supply depots and assembled to become the Fourth Tikonov Guards.[1]
The unit was assigned as a reserve regiment of the Tikonov Commonality by 3145.[2]
Operation GREAT FLOOD
The Fourth Tikonov Guards did not fight in Operation GREAT FLOOD.[1]
Operation CELESTIAL VENGEANCE
As the unit was still forming by 3145, they did not participate in Operation CELESTIAL VENGEANCE. However, the regiment was performing garrison duties on Mira even while training to act as a team.[1]

In 3145 the commanding officer was Sang-shao Katyusha Isakovsky.[3]

Unit Emblem
The regimental insignia is a musket crossed with a halberd. Equipment is painted dark green and goldenrod.[1]

- The unit had a "D" Equipment Rating. They had numerous Assassins, Firebees, Koscheis and Thunderbolts.[4][5]
Notes
On p.206 of Field Manual: 3145, it lists the Special Command Abilities of the Fourth Tikonov Guards. This is most probably an error.
